About Our Trust

The journey of Oshwal Education Trust (OET) is a living tale of vision, generosity, and dedication spanning more than four decades. It began in 1981, when Jamnagar—a growing business hub—yearned for quality English-medium education. The call was first raised by Shri Jaysukhlal Hathi and answered through the generous donation of eleven lakh rupees by Shri Lakhamshi Govindji Haria.

On December 4th, 1981, this vision received its first blessing when the revered Mahantshree of Shree Anandabava Ashram, Shri Devprasad Maharajji, graciously inaugurated the Kindergarten School. That sacred moment did not just mark the opening of a school—it sowed the seed of a noble idea, one that has since blossomed into a flourishing legacy of learning.

On 14th January 1986, this vision took formal shape as a registered Charitable Trust. Today, OET stands tall with 18 institutions and a vibrant community of more than 30,000+ students. From Primary to Post-Graduation, from vocational training to professional excellence, and even initiatives in health and well-being, the Trust has become a beacon of opportunity, growth, and service.

True to its vision of holistic development, in 2019, OET extended its mission beyond academics, into health and wellness through the Leelavati Nature Cure & Yoga Research Center, at Lakhabaval, just 13 kms from Jamnagar. Spread over 13 serene acres, this center blends tradition with modern science. With 80 residential beds, dormitories, suites, and deluxe rooms, the centre blends tradition with modernity through naturopathy treatments and yoga research facilities—bringing science and nature together for health, balance, and well-being.

Founded in 2016, Mars Fasteners has quickly earned its place as a trusted name in the fastener industry. With a passion for precision and a commitment to customization, we have developed and manufactured 200+ tailor-made fasteners to meet the evolving needs of our clients across diverse industries.
