Our lunch menu is crafted to nourish the body with light, plant-based and seasonal foods that aid digestion and detoxification. Begin your meal with a fresh, warm soup, followed by seasonal sabjis such as leafy greens, carrot–capsicum, or guava-based vegetables. Each plate includes a naturally sweetened honey salad and flavourful green chutneys like coriander–mint.
For balanced nourishment, we serve 2–3 rotis made from Ragi, Jowar, Bajra, Rice Flour, or Soyabean. Lunch also includes one seasonal fruit dish and a refreshing glass of Masala Buttermilk with coriander, mint and ginger as prescribed by the doctor.
